BUILD

Six business days to live. We import the list, integrate your dialer (or stand ours up), calibrate the script with three opener variants, and set up the daily call-log template. Dario runs 50 personal dials on the list before the operator picks up a phone, to validate data quality and pitch flow.

LAUNCH

Day one the dials start. First call log lands in your inbox that evening with recording links inline. You get a Slack channel or email thread with Dario and Justin in it for live escalations. Week one is calibration, not vanity volume: we benchmark connect rate by hour and rebuild the dial schedule around the heatmap.

OPTIMIZE

From week two the script is iterated weekly off the QA recordings. List hygiene runs every Friday. Connect rate, conversation length over 60 seconds, and transfer-to-meeting ratio are benchmarked and reported. By week three the floor is at full output and the metrics compound.
